I haven’t really wrapped my head around how wonderful it is to know Oskar. The pictures from afar and the video calls didn’t create much of a connection for me. Observing Esmé and Terry be parents and meeting Oskar in person on the other hand, has changed the way I understand my family. Here’s to growth, learning, giggles, and seeing the world through the eyes of a child.
