Terry knows a lot about a lot. He has an exceptionally strong analytical mind and very impressive memory recall. He’s funny: Years ago Terry acquired a gorilla suit and led his younger brother to believe that a large gorilla had escaped from a zoo down in Florida. He prolonged the prank over several weeks giving regular updates to his brother on the gorilla’s whereabouts. Then one day when Jama was outside playing he came hollering out of the woods wearing the gorilla suit and startled the living daylight out of his younger brother. Terry has a creative and sophisticated sense of humor that expertly dances between irony, oddities, and satire. He’s equal parts pirate and protector – someone who really cares and also has a strong drive for adventure and fun.

Terry is at home in the mountains and can cover tons of ground in a day. The “Pemi Loop” is a 30.1 mile loop in the heart of the White Mountains and the terrain is tough and technical. He’s ran/hiked the thing three times to date. Terry’s love language is cooking. His style is at home somewhere between feel good home cooking and five star world cuisine. He’s a masterful conversationalist, a fierce competitor, and a talented orator. Above all, Terry is father and a friend. He fell in love with Esmé the day he met her when he was 17 and she and Oskar mean the world to him.
