Officer Ready is twenty-three years old and has been a police officer for two years. For her policing is caring for the community. One of the most important experiences Officer Ready has had on the job is getting through to someone on a suicide call. Building bridges and deescalation are always the priority. She explains that you can always add energy to a situation but taking something back down is much more difficult.

Officer Ready enjoys spending time with her dogs off the clock and is grateful to live in the woods.
