Benjamin is a musician and a producer of ginger shots, juice, and concentrate. When I ask him what about ginger first piqued his interest he replies “well I am one.” He’s got a good sense of humor, a relaxed demeanor, and a certain steadiness about him that I find admirable. Benjamin and his friend Matthias are at the river swimming when Simone and I come across them. They swim in the river through the winter months and seek out the cold water.
